At the beginning of 2013, Voeders Depré asked us to work out a solution for their site in Beernem, in order to load their trucks more effectively. On top of that, the well-known producer of animal feed wanted a separate mixing line for medicated feeds. The complete project, from engineering to production and completion, was successfully realised between May of 2013 and the middle of June 2014. This proves that, apart from international expansion, the Belgian marked is very important to us.
Voeders Depré got a new development of 12 meters wide, 16.4 meters long and 32 meters high, which was connected to the already existing bulk loading. In the new development, we foresaw three waiting bunkers, from which a movable weigher can load the 54 contra cells of 9.3 cubic meters each.
The new system allows Voeders Depré to prepare at least six full trucks in advance. This way, the trucks' waiting times are reduced to a minimum.
The new building is located quite close to a living area. Because of this, we have put a lot of effort into the acoustic isolation of the building.
