Convinced by our quality labels, noodle producer Suprama ordered a total of seven flour silos and one starch silo for their plant in Sidoarjo, Indonesia in February 2013. Our Engineeers then designed the binblock with a capacity of 660m³ on a surface of 11,2m by 5,6m. The eight cells for this block were shipped on-time and assembled on-site under the guidance of our supervisor.
The eight silos for Suprama were shipped in only four 40' containers and one 20' container. Due to the fact that all silo components can be stacked, all space is used optimally during transport. Moreover, the silos exactly left on the agreed upon date.
Thanks to the double silo walls and an additional cover plate, the temperature shifts in our silos are reduced to a minimum. This way, there is no chance of condensation and the stored products are protected optimally.
For 6 years now, SCE has been using the ISO 9001:2008 label and thus meets the strictest quality requirements in the world, which is very reassuring to a food producer like Suprama.
Thanks to a meticulous plan and standardised construction elements, 5 Suprama engineers were able to assemble our silo block within a month's time. An SCE supervisor was available at the site to provide additional support.
Suprama has been working with a steel producer 20 km from their site for years. When they asked us if this was also possible for this project, our experts made all required static calculations to be sure. The overview and workshop drawing were provided by our team. This way, the client could count on sound engineering and still enjoy all advantages of a local partner; a cooperation evaluated positively by all parties.
